You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched and can follow the shipping status of your order on our courier portals. If you would like to update your delivery preferences please follow the tracking link in your dispatch email. 

Please note if you request your order to be delivered to a safe place, neighbour, or alternative delivery address, we are unable to cover any loss or damage to your parcel as a result of this.

Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and the size of your parcel.

As of the 29th August 2025, all orders shipping from our UK Warehouse will incur duties. Items manufactured in China and India are currently subject to higher import duty rates. For more information see our US Tariffs FAQ below.

Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur. This includes orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. Any costs associated with this will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We are currently fulfilling orders from both our UK and US Warehouse whilst we transition our US fulfilment to a new warehouse in the United States. If your order contains items which are stocked in our US warehouse, you will see domestic shipping rates and time frames displayed at checkout, and no import duty will be charged on these items. 

If your order contains items stocked in our UK warehouse, you will see the applicable duty charges split out at checkout and your order will be shipped by UPS Express on a DDP service.

If your order contains a mix of items fulfilled from our US and UK warehouses, you will be charged for the individual shipments, and the relevant duty for the goods shipping from the UK will still be charged at check out.

Sales tax will be charged at checkout for orders shipping within the state of Georgia, and are calculated automatically based on your shipping address. Orders shipping to other regions will not have sales tax charged.

If your order contains items stocked in our UK warehouse, you will see the applicable duty charges split out and charged at checkout.

All applicable duties for your order will be calculated and charged at checkout, so you’ll always have full transparency before you place your order. There will be no additional charges or fees on delivery. 

Tariffs vary by country of manufacture, which means you will see different duty charges depending on where the products in your basket were made.

We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions within our returns portal. Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. 

At present, we are not able to offer free returns, so a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. This is calculated based on the size of the items you are returning and will be calculated in our returns portal.

You can exchange your item for the same product in a different colour or finish within our returns portal. We are not able to offer exchanges for different priced items, so you will need to return your original order and place a new order online if you wish to order a different size or product. For advice on exchanges, please contact info@mgco.com. 

Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.

We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is available. Please bear any delays from this in mind when ordering.
